Lynn Terry:Birthday Poem for a Friend

Lynn Terry from Clicknewz had a birthday last Saturday. I really wanted to give her something since she has been a great help and inspiration to me. I’m sure not only to me but to all those on the SSWT forum that she has. So I decided to write her this poem:

A Poem for Lynn

We all stop and admire

All your strength, all your desire

And when for us, things look dire

And our minds start to inquire…

We remember all your fire

You have achieved what we aspire

You give us courage and inspire

And so I really want to say

On this oh- so- special day

Thank you for being you

For being true,

For showing us- just what to do

Even when we had no clue;-)

So when you want to take a break

Here’s a yummy cherry cake

And if you ever feel alone

Here’s a tasty ice cream cone

When you want to fill your tummy

Here’s a big bowl full of honey:-)

When you’ve worked for many hours

Take a pause and smell the flowers

When in need of inspiration

Remember life’s a celebration

When your mind is full of doubt

Behind the clouds the sun comes out

May God bless you more I pray

And fill your life with joy each day

Through your journey, all the way

Angels watch you every day
